There is nothing to sign in to here. The WIR Bookkeeping Agent runs in the background on a computer managed by Watters International Realty. It has no web dashboard and no customer accounts.
What it does
Each night the agent reviews the previous day’s transactions from Watters International Realty’s business bank and credit card accounts, categorizes them using rules set by our finance team, and records them in our QuickBooks Online company. When it is not sure how a transaction should be categorized, it does not guess: it asks a member of our finance team. It also produces a daily reconciliation report for internal review.
Who it is for
This app is used only by Watters International Realty to manage its own books. It is not available to other businesses or to the public, and it connects only to QuickBooks companies owned by Watters International Realty.
Connecting and disconnecting
- The connection to QuickBooks is set up by an authorized Watters International Realty finance administrator using a QuickBooks administrator login. See Connect or reconnect.
- A QuickBooks administrator can disconnect the app at any time from QuickBooks (Settings → Apps / Manage apps). See After disconnecting.
