This End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs use of the WIR Bookkeeping Agent (the “App”), an internal software tool developed and operated by Watters International Realty (“WIR”).
1. Who may use the App
The App is licensed solely for use by WIR and its authorized employees and contractors, in connection with QuickBooks Online companies owned or managed by WIR. It is not offered, sold, or licensed to any other party.
2. License
WIR grants authorized users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the App for WIR’s internal bookkeeping purposes. Users may not copy, distribute, resell, or provide the App to anyone outside WIR.
3. Authorization and access
The App accesses QuickBooks Online only after an authorized QuickBooks administrator approves the connection. The connection can be revoked at any time from QuickBooks. Use of QuickBooks Online remains subject to Intuit’s own terms of service.
4. User responsibilities
- Answer the App’s categorization questions accurately; answers are used to categorize future transactions.
- Review the App’s reports and the resulting records in QuickBooks as part of WIR’s normal financial review.
- Report suspected errors or unauthorized access promptly to financehelp@wattersinternational.com.
5. Data
Information processed by the App is handled as described in the Privacy Policy. All accounting data remains the property of WIR.
6. No warranty
The App is provided “as is” for internal use. While it is designed to ask rather than guess when it is uncertain, it does not replace professional accounting review, and WIR makes no warranty that its output is free of errors.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, WIR is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App.
8. Termination
This license ends automatically when a user’s relationship with WIR ends or when WIR discontinues the App. WIR may suspend or revoke access at any time.
9. Governing law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
