No action is needed on this page. The WIR Bookkeeping Agent is an internal tool, so connecting it to QuickBooks is handled directly by Watters International Realty’s finance team.
If you need to connect or reconnect
- Email financehelp@wattersinternational.com and let us know which QuickBooks company is affected.
- an authorized Watters International Realty finance administrator completes the QuickBooks authorization using a QuickBooks administrator login. The connection gives the app access to Watters International Realty’s own company data only.
- Once reconnected, the agent resumes its nightly run automatically. Anything it could not record while it was disconnected is picked up on the next run.
Why reconnection is sometimes needed
QuickBooks may ask for the app to be reauthorized if it was disconnected, if its access expired, or if the administrator who approved it no longer has access. Our daily monitoring alerts our team when this happens.
